Point Accumulation and Terms of New Wacoal VIP Cards

10 points will be awarded for every purchase of HK$200, and every 100 points can be used as HK$100. All points will be accumulated based on a minimum unit of 10 points. For example, a purchase of HK$250 will only be awarded 10 points.

If a purchase of HK$2,340 is made, 110 points will be awarded, of which 100 points can be used to deduct part of the transaction amount immediately. The remaining 10 points will be valid for use for one year from the date of transaction.

Expiry of membership points: one year from the date when the first membership points are accumulated, or after the stored points are redeemed, the date when additional membership points are accumulated.

All membership points can be redeemed in Hong Kong dollars rate only.

Points of different VIP cards cannot be merged of transferred.

Points will not be awarded for purchase of discounted or special priced items.

Customers can become VIP members by making purchases of HK$400 or above.

To protect the interests of customers, all applications of new VIP cards should be supported by at least two entries of personal information, including the name and phone number of members. Please inform Wacoal staff for any change of personal information.

This card is not transferable.

This card is only applicable in Hong Kong and Macau except licensed dealer and discount items.

This card can only be used to accumulate points. No change or cash refund will be provided.

All personal information of customers is collected for internal use and customer communications only.

This card needs to be presented in order to accumulate points. If your VIP card is lost, please provide your phone number and any identification documents, such as membership cards or credit cards, for issuing a replacement card.

If your card is lost or stolen, please inform Wacoal staff immediately. Wacoal will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of any unauthorized use of a lost card. The final point balance of the lost card will be determined in accordance with Wacoal database.

Wacoal reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Wacoal.
